Do you ship worldwide?
We currently only ship within the Philippines. You can message us on Instagram @angmanilena to inquire about shipping outside the Philippines.
When will I get my order?
Please wait 3–7 business days for processing and delivery of orders. If you need to expedite orders, please message us on Instagram @angmanilena.
I have placed an order but have not received a confirmation email.
You should receive a confirmation email with an order number after placing an order. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder then message us on Instagram @angmanilena.
Can I make changes to my order details?
Once you have made a payment, all orders are final.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once it’s prepared for shipping. You’ll be able to track it with GogoExpress with the link provided in the email.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We do offer this if you have received the wrong or destroyed items. Please message us at angmanilena@gmail.com or on Instagram @angmanilena for any concerns about returns or exchanges.
